Requirements

• As a Team Lead, ensures requirements in the quarterly plan and monthly plan are met by every member of his team, every day, as shown in Work Plan Spreadsheet
• Updates the tasks in the work plans for his/her team daily in Work Plan Spread sheet
• When there is an opening on his/her team, follows the 6-day hiring process
• Acts a team manager when the Manager is away from the office
• Ensures all Problem Reports are declared closed within the time specified in the build process
• Leads the team to develop the tools assigned per approved requirements
