Requirements

Education: Any Bachelor's Degree
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying, Perform data entry
  • Manage calendar for Admin Manager
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers
  • Maintain office supplies for department
  • Strong administrative and problem-solving skills
  • Provide professional administrative support to recruiters
  • Help prepare weekly reports and other projects as needed
  • Ability to make independent decisions within the approved guidelines
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, including the ability to write accurately and engagingly for a range of audiences.
  • Good working knowledge of spreadsheet tools
  • Review meeting notes to identify and escalate blockers
  • Maintain and file applicant information
  • Answer phones promptly and use good judgement to prioritize the distribution of messages    
  • Coordinate meetings and conference calls as needed

Responsibilities

  • Detail oriented with good analytical skills a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
  • Ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally
