In November, Shell announced that it would move its headquarters to London due to Dutch taxes and facing heat in courts as it shifts from oil and gas.

The oil giant has been struggling with Dutch authorities over the 15% dividend withholding tax on some of its shares.

Shell had introduced two-class share structure in 2005.
