Item 7.01     Regulation FD Disclosure

On November 30, 2021, The Timken Company and certain of its subsidiaries amended the terms of the existing Amended and Restated Asset Securitization Agreement (the “Accounts Receivable Facility”) to, among other things, extend the maturity date of such $100 million Accounts Receivable Facility to November 30, 2024.
