Sezzle,Inc. files confidential registration for proposed initial public offering
Sezzle Inc. (ASX:SZL) (Sezzleor Company) advises that it has confidentially submitted a draft Registration Statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and ExchangeCommission (SEC) relating to the proposed underwritten Initial Public Offering (IPO) of the Company’s common stock in the UnitedStates. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed IPO have not yet been determined. The IPO is expectedto take place after the SEC completes its review process, subject to market and other conditions.
